I have tried a lot of different granola recipes, in varying levels of healthiness. I finally found what I believe to be the perfect granola recipe in the GreenSmoothieGirl.com's 12-steps to whole foods book which I've been working though this year. I make a big batch of this and store it in a tupperware on the counter for a week or two (if it lasts that long). I eat it as a snack or as a hearty healthy breakfast. Thrive's freeze-dried fruits are the perfect compliment to this basic staple and can be mixed and matched to make a wide variety of snacks or breakfast cereals.
