Can you believe the holiday season is already upon us. Thanksgiving is coming up and this year I'm looking for ways to save time in the kitchen. Thrive foods will be featured in a big way this year at our dinner table. I'm starting to enter the phase of life where I host Thanksgiving here and there. Kale Brownies

These Kale brownies are an easy and delicious treat. Kale was launched at convention and we are already LOVING it in our daily cooking. It is such a healthy food and easy to "sneak" some extra veggie power into almost any dish. This is a great way to use it even in a DESSERT! Ingredients: 1 can THRIVE Fudge Brownie Mix (pantry can) 1/2 c. THRIVE Kale - Freeze Dried blended to a powder 3/4 c. Hot water Directions: Preheat the oven to 350. Mix brownies, kale powder, and hot water in a bowl until smooth. Bake in the oven for 15-17 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool and then enjoy tricking everyone who eats them! Back from convention and still dreaming about some of the recipes we got to try. Chef Todd is literally a master at what he does. This recipe features 2 of the new products released at convention. Pulled Pork and Kale! Yay! I'll admit though, I'm a little lazy and may not stuff crepes with these but stuff tortillas with them instead. Now that is an EASY and yummy meal. Ingredients: 2 c. We originally posted this on our Food Storage Made Easy blog but thought it would be fun to share it here too since it uses Thrive freeze-dried fruits. This patriotic jello is completely a "shelf stable" recipe if you use freeze-dried fruits in it. It also works perfectly fine with regular fruit and cool-whip. It's fun to know that you can make a creative and delicious treat for your family even if you are living completely off of food storage!
