Berry Oatmeal Bake (Meal-in-a-Jar Recipe)

June 11, 2024 by Jodi Weiss Leave a Comment

Thrive’s June monthly delivery specials and case lot sale have so many yummy berries and baking ingredients on sale that I wanted to feature a berry bake. My son is having early morning soccer training for high school this summer and he was wanting hearty breakfast options that he can grab and munch on on his way to practice. This Berry Oatmeal Bake was perfect and he has been snacking on it every day this week!

Berry Oatmeal Bake (Meal-in-a-Jar)

Don’t forget all ingredients will be cheaper and are available for free shipping for delivery customers if your order is over $100. One quart-size jar will make 9 servings

Jar Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Allspice
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 c. Thrive Life Honey Crystals
  • 1/3 c. Thrive Life Instant Milk
  • 1/4 c. Thrive Life Scrambled Egg Mix
  • 1 c. Rolled Oats
  • 1/3 c. Thrive Life Blueberries
  • 1/4 c. Thrive Life Raspberries
  • 1/4 c. Thrive Life Blackberries
  • 1/2 c. Thrive Life Strawberry Slices
  • 1/3 c. Thrive Life Granny Smith Apples, broken into smaller chunks

Directions:

To make jar: Add all ingredients to a quart-sized jar in order listed. If putting in reverse order you can add heaping servings. Add an oxygen absorber or seal with a foodsaver jar lid attachment.

To prepare: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour contents of jar and 2 cups of water into a medium bowl. Stir well and let stand for 5 minutes. Spray a 9×9 pan with pam spray. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until it is cooked through. Stir after ten minutes to help fruit not all float up to the top.
