Winter is in full force and that means SOUP SEASON around here! I was so excited to see this month’s specials because they include the core ingredients for one of my favorite recipes, beef stew! We even converted this recipe to a meal-in-a-jar recipe to include in our Meal-in-a-Jar eCookbook.
The original recipe calls for beef slices but I think the shredded beef would be amazing in this soup. The Espagnole sauce and beef bouillon give the soup its flavor without having to add many ingredients. AND you can sub out green beans for any of the veggies. That’s about HALF of the ingredients for this recipe, all on sale. Woo woo!
