Thrive’s October monthly specials have been flying in and out of stock all month. I had one meal planned and then all of a sudden everything was gone. So I came up with something new and I actually like it even better! This is based off of Chef Todd’s Kung Pao Shrimp so feel free to substitute Shrimp for the Beef if you want.
