In the summertime I don’t like to heat up the kitchen if at all possible, but sometimes we just want a yummy treat. This Pine-Apple Crisp using July monthly delivery specials can be cooked in the microwave and is soooo easy to cook up if you have the jars sitting on the shelf. Even your little ones can do it on their own!

Jar Ingredients:
- 1/4 c. Thrive Pineapple
- 1/4 c. Thrive Fuji Apples
- 1 tsp. Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Thrive Butter Powder
- 1/4 c. Quick Oats
- 2 T. Flour (all-purpose or gluten-free)
- 1 T. Thrive Butter Powder
- 1 T. Thrive White Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
In separate baggie:
Directions:
To make jar: Add first set of ingredients to a pint-sized jar and shake it up a little bit to mix. Place remaining ingredients into a small ziplock bag, mix around, and tuck into the top of the jar. Add an oxygen absorber or seal with a foodsaver jar lid attachment.
To prepare: Remove baggie from jar. Pour fruit mixture into a small bowl and add 1/3 cup hot water. Pour topping mixture into another small bowl and add 1 tablespoon hot water and stir until crumbly. Allow to sit for 5 minutes or so. Spray a small ramekin with pam spray and add the fruit layer. Spread the topping evenly on top. Bake in the oven at 350 degree for 20-25 minutes or microwave for 2 minutes. For a more crispy topping opt for the oven! Top with ice cream or whipped cream and enjoy!
