CHEESY POTATOES

Ingredients:
2 c. Thrive Life Potato Dices
3 c. Thrive Life Cheddar Cheese
6 T. Thrive Life Instant Milk
6 T. Butter
6 T. Flour
1/2 c. Thrive Life Chopped Onions
Thrive Life Chef’s Choice Seasoning

Directions:
Rehydrate potato dices by putting them in a bowl with enough hot water that the potato dices start to float. Set aside. Refresh the cheese by putting it in a separate bowl with enough water to be fully absorbed after shaking it up. Set aside in fridge. Mix 2 cups of cold water with the instant milk. Set aside in fridge.

Make a roux by adding butter and flour to a saucepan on low heat, whisking constantly until combined.
Add in potatoes, onions, milk, and 2 cups of the cheese. Let sauce thicken on low heat. Sprinkle in Chef’s Choice Seasoning to taste.

Transfer mixture to a 9 x 9 baking pan and top with the remaining cheese. Cook in oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Enjoy!

FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients:
2 T. Flour
1/4 c. Thrive Life Scrambled Egg Mix
2 T. Thrive Instant Milk
1/2 c. Water
pinch of salt

6 slices of bread
1 T. Oil of Butter for frying

Directions:
Whisk milk, flour, eggs, water, and salt together. Dip bread slices into batter to completely coat.
Grease a skillet and cook bread on both sides until grilled to a golden brown.

Top with cheese for a grilled cheese sandwich or make a yummy fruit compote by mixing Thrive strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries with water, heating up, and pureeing until smooth. These are perfect for a savory OR sweet meal.

MCGRIDDLE COPYCAT IN A JAR

Ingredients:
1/3 c. pancake mix of choice (the just-add-water variety)
1/3 c. water
2 T. Thrive Life Scrambled Egg Mix
1 T. Thrive Life Sausage Crumbles
1 T. Thrive Life Cheddar Cheese
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Put sausage crumbles in a baggie and crush them with a kitchen mallet. Combine the pancake mix and water together in a wide-mouth pint jar, mix, and set aside.

In a small bowl or cup, mix the scrambled egg mix, sausage crumbles, cheddar cheese, and water and let sit for 5 minutes. Gently fold the egg mixture into the pancake mixture. Do not incorporate the one entirely into the other. It should look like two distinct mixtures ribboned throughout the jar.

Microwave for 90 seconds to 2 minutes depending on your microwave. Top with butter and your favorite syrup.
You can eat it right out of the jar!

CHAFFLE SANDWICHES

Ingredients:
1/3 c. Thrive Life Scrambled Egg Mix
1/4 c. Thrive Life Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c. Water
1/4 tsp. Thrive Life Chef’s Choice Seasoning

Directions:
Mix the cheddar cheese and scrambled egg mix with water in a small bowl. Let sit for 3-5 minutes. While that is refreshing, heat and prep a mini waffle maker with cooking spray. Fill the bottom of the waffle maker with half of the mixture and close the lid. Cook until crisp and golden. Remove the chaffle and let cool slightly on a paper towel while you make the next chaffle with the remaining mixture.

Use the chaffles as bread to make a yummy breakfast sandwich or ham and cheese or anything you desire!
