Mug Muffins
Ingredients:
1/3 c. Flour
1 T. Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
1 T. Thrive Instant Milk
1/4 c. Freeze-Dried Fruit (any variety)
Optional: Cinnamon, Nuts, Flax Seed, etc.
2 T. Melted Butter
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/3 c. Water
Directions:
Add all dry ingredients to a half pint canning jar or large mug. When ready to eat, add wet ingredients and stir. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Breakfast Burritos
Ingredients:
1 c. Thrive Scrambled Egg Mix (35% OFF)
1/4 c. Thrive Chopped Onions (30% OFF)
1/2 c. Thrive Red Bell Peppers (35% OFF) or Green Bell Peppers
1/2 c. Thrive Sausage Crumbles (25% OFF)
1/4 c. Thrive Cheddar or Pepper Jack Cheese (25% OFF)
6-8 Tortillas
Directions:
Mix ingredients with 2 cups of water in a small bowl. Cook up like an egg scramble. Spoon egg mixture into tortillas, don’t overstuff. Wrap them up into a burrito with all sides covered. Wrap in tinfoil and freeze. When ready to eat let thaw overnight and microwave for 1-2 minutes or until warmed through.
Thermos Soups
Ingredients:
Protein (chicken, beef, sausage, beans)
Freeze-Dried Veggies
Starch (rice, pasta, potatoes)
Flavoring (bouillon, Thrive sauces, tomato powder, spices)
Directions:
Option 1: Put desired ingredients into a zip-lock bag. When ready to serve at school or work, pour into a jar or mug and add hot or boiling water. Let stand for 5 minutes or until all items are softened.
Option 2: Put desired ingredients into a thermos. Add hot or boiling water. Take to school or work and enjoy a warm soup at any time.
Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. Thrive Grilled Chicken Dices(25% OFF)
2 T. Thrive Chopped Onions (30% OFF)
1/4 c. Thrive Freeze-Dried Celery (25% OFF)
1 tsp. Thrive Chefs Choice Seasoning Blend
Optional: 1/2 c. Thrive Grapes
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
Directions:
Pour all ingredients except mayonnaise into a small bowl. Cover with water and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Drain any remaining water. Add mayonnaise and stir well. Chill for one hour before serving. Eat in a lettuce wrap, on a roll, in a sandwich, or on crackers.
Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients:
1/2 c. Thrive Seasoned Chicken Slices (45% OFF)
1/2 c. Thrive Red Bell Peppers (35% OFF) or Green Bell Peppers
1/4 c. Thrive Onion Slices
1 T. Green Chili Peppers
1 tsp. Fajita Seasoning (see below)
Fajita Seasoning Mix
2 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except the seasoning. Cover with water and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Drain any remaining water. Stir in 1 tsp. of fajita seasoning or more to taste. Serve in a tortilla, on tortilla chips, or in a salad.
Mountain Man Trail Mix
Ingredients:
1 tsp. Chef’s Choice Seasoning
1/3 c. Thrive Cheddar Cheese or Pepper Jack Cheese (25% OFF)

Directions:
