Mountain Man Snack Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tsp. Chef’s Choice Seasoning
1/2 c. Thrive FD Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c. Thrive FD Sausage Crumbles
1/2 c. Thrive FD Sweet Corn
Directions:
Mix all ingredients into a small bowl and enjoy!
Caribbean Snack Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c. Thrive FD Mangoes
1/2 c. Thrive FD Red Seedless Grapes
1/2 c. Thrive FD Pineapple
1/2 c. Thrive FD Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 c. Cashews (or nut of choice)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients into a small bowl and enjoy!
7 Layer Bean Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/3 c. Thrive Instant Refried Beans
1/4 c. Thrive FD Green Chilis
16 oz block Cream Cheese
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning
1/2 c. Sour Cream
Finely Chopped lettuce
Chopped Tomatoes
FD Thrive Chopped Onions
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Chopped or Sliced Olives
Green Onion garnish
Directions:
Combine beans with 1 1/3 c. water, green chilis and seasoned salt. Simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes. Add additional seasoning to taste, if needed. Spread in bottom of a 9×9 pan.
Let cream cheese come to room temperature. In a regular mixer, blend the cream cheese and sour cream together. Add the packet of taco seasoning. Spread on top of the bean layer.
Add other layers as needed and wanted, switch it up, switch it out.
French Onion Dip
Ingredients:
1/2 c. Sour Cream
1 tsp. Thrive Beef Bouillon
1 T. Thrive FD Onions (chopped or green onions)
FD or dehydrated Chives as garnish
Directions:
Mix and chill for 30-60 minutes. Add garnish before serving. Serve with favorite chips or veggies.
Sweet Milk Fruit Dip
Ingredients:
1/4 c. Hot Water
1/2 c. Thrive Instant Milk
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 T. Melted Butter
Directions:
Add first four ingredients to your blender. Blend very well. Add yogurt, lemon juice, and vanilla to a medium bowl and stir well. Pour blender contents over the yogurt mixture and stir. Serve with cut up fruit, cookies, etc.
Freeze-Dried Fruit Cookie Frosting
Directions: Powder 1 cup of freeze-dried fruit of your choice in a regular blender or magic bullet blender. Add to frosting (store-bought or home-made) 1 tablespoon at a time until desired color is achieved. Frosting will not be as vibrant as traditional food coloring would make it but gives it a nice light-colored tone.
