Who has the munchies during the holidays?! We’ve got something for you, too. Try out this scrumptious salsa and you’ll be wondering where it’s been all your life. This is sure to be a new family favorite but don’t take our word for it. Give it a try and let us know how you are enjoying Thrive cranberries this year!

Cranberry Chili Salsa

  • 2 cups Thrive Sweetened Cranberries (Freeze Dried)
  • 1/4 cup Thrive Green Chili Peppers (Freeze Dried)
  • 1/4 cup Thrive Green Onions (Freeze Dried)
  • 2 tbsp Thrive Cilantro (Freeze Dried)
  • 1-1/3 cup Water
  • 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (or sprinkle in some Thrive Lemonade Powder)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Mix everything together. Stir in sugar and salt to taste. Chill for 2 hours. Serve over cream cheese with your favorite crackers or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
