I finally found what I believe to be the perfect granola recipe in the GreenSmoothieGirl.com's 12-steps to whole foods book which I've been working though this year. I make a big batch of this and store it in a tupperware on the counter for a week or two (if it lasts that long). I eat it as a snack or as a hearty healthy breakfast. These Kale brownies are an easy and delicious treat. Kale was launched at convention and we are already LOVING it in our daily cooking. It is such a healthy food and easy to "sneak" some extra veggie power into almost any dish. This is a great way to use it even in a DESSERT! Ingredients: 1 can THRIVE Fudge Brownie Mix (pantry can) 1/2 c. THRIVE Kale - Freeze Dried blended to a powder 3/4 c. Hot water Directions: Preheat the oven to 350.
